Step away from the everyday and experience the power of music and movement.

Led by DJ Isabel Silvia, this 60-minute experience combines a live House and Electronic Dance Music DJ set with free movement, creating space to release tension, recharge your energy and connect with others in a fresh and engaging way.

There are no steps to learn, no choreography to follow and no pressure to perform.

Participants are invited to move at their own pace, explore their own rhythm and enjoy the music in an inclusive, alcohol-free environment.
